How it works

NVC course Cara Crisler

Cara Crisler gives our mediations.

  • You start with half an hour one on one with Cara, so she can build trust with each of you and already find clarity about what you need.
  • For this reason, the first session takes 2,5 hours. A lot can be done already in that one session. Follow up sessions are usually 1,5 hour.
  • Sessions are held either via Zoom or face to face in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

  • If you like you can have a free 15 minute video call with Cara beforehand to see whether you click. In order to schedule that, click here.
  • If you book a session straight away on this website, Cara will get in touch with you to pick a date.
  • Packages at a discount are available, you can email Cara at caracrisler@gmail.com for that.

Cara is a certified NVC trainer, mediator and a senior accredited coach.

She learned NVC after moving from the States to the Netherlands.  ‘It helped me most in unlearning old patterns, like pleasing and avoiding conflict. It helped me learn how to be in tune with me, true to myself while staying in connection with important people in my life. I now apply it in all of my relationships: as a partner, mother, friend, colleague and perhaps the most important one of all, the one I have with myself.’
