Nonviolent Communication is the most effective tool for relationships that I’ve found.

Access to my Communication Formula
This consists of videos and exercises that will teach you the relationship and communication skills that you need. You can do these in the safety and the privacy of your own home, at your own pace. The communication formula is the product of years of study and experience with couples. After following them, you are no longer dependent on a relationship therapist in the future.
- The videos will be available for at least 5 years (and probably longer), so you can also watch them after the program has finished.

Daily personal support and feedback from me
In the Telegram app group specifically setup for my students. Ask any questions you have or bring in a case and I will guide you further every day of the working week. This way you will never need to wait until the next lesson if you’re stuck. It’s also great to build connection with the group.
- You will get this daily guidance during the video weeks in the first 3 months and then another 3 months in case you are taking a bit longer.

A practice buddy is a student from this course who you can set up calls with to:
- practice NVC in a safe environment. Our partners, colleagues, or family members aren’t always the best place to practice, as we might have a bit of a learning curve before getting the hang of NVC.

I’m a relationship coach and mediator trained in Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
Over the past years I’ve trained hundreds of people from the US, the Netherlands and other countries. I also own the biggest Youtube channel about NVC worldwide.
Although my background is in NVC, I’ve learned about most of the common techniques for guidance in relationships.
I focus all of my work on people’s love relationship because this is what I most love doing and what I’m best at.

MY PARTNER WILL NEVER WANT TO LEARN ALL THESE TOOLS.

When does the program start?
The Standard version of the program is ongoing, you can join anytime.
The Premium version starts several times a year, the next one starts on the 11th of June 2024.
How does it work when we join as a couple?
When you join as a couple you pay once. You both get access to the modules and Telegram Group. You can watch the videos together or each on your own, that is up to you. There are exercises that are helpful to do together, which will be indicated.
How does it work when I join by myself?
All the modules are set up in a way that you can do the entire program by yourself. When you communicate differently, your relationship will already improve. In theory you can even do the program without your partner knowing about it. If you want to try out things before trying them on your partner, I can ‘play’ your partner so we simulate the situation.
If you don’t have a partner at the moment, the same thing applies. We can work with examples from the past and potential future situations to prepare you for a new love life.
Where does Happy Love Life take place?
Everything is online — no travel, babysitter or even pants are required. You have access to the training for at least five years and probably longer, so you can go through the materials each week as they’re released in the member’s area, or you can slow things down and work at your own pace.
How much time do I need to commit?
If you plan to work through the program in real time, we recommend about one hour a week. If you’re not able to carve out that much time at first, don’t worry. You get at least 5 years access to the program and it’s available for you to work at your own pace. A lot of people who take the course have families and often full-time jobs – it’s designed to work for you.
Can’t I do a shorter program?
I know there are shorter programs offered for love relationships. They say you can improve your relationship in, say, 3 months. I believe that many relationships indeed can be improved in 3 months, but not in a way that you will maintain the results by yourself afterwards. I wish for you to only have to put the time and money once, and do it well, rather then to take short investments here and there and never really see great results. How does the Telegram Group work?
You get an invitation link to the group when you sign up for the course. The group is private, which means only people from our courses can access it. You can ask questions about the modules, bring in a case, share celebrations, connect with others.. You will need to join Telegram first if you don’t already use it. It works the same as a Whatsapp group.
